Summary​

Strong Hooks don't work correctly when proposing to marry a Wanderer or Foreign Guest (I think)

Description​

Strong Hooks cause the recipient to auto accept unless you're marrying them or the first line and the lineality is wrong, however the code for the auto accepts assumes that the recipient is a ruler with a dynasty.

This means that Wandering or (Guest in foreign courts) Lowborns expect you to have a Strong Hook and marry them according to their linealty ,as if they were a ruler.

I suspect this is not intended because you can use a Strong Hook to force invite these characters to your Court and then marry them according to your specifications, so it's not accomplishing anything other than being confusing.

(I think the easiest way to do this is to add an OR = {
is_ruler = no

Steps to reproduce​

Start a game , acquire a strong hook on a wanderer and attempt to use it to marry them without the marriage matching their lineality.

(In the save game Dragoslava has a Strong Hook, you can use the Character Finder to search for an Intelligent, Female inside Diplomatic Range)
