Description​

When doing "Learn Language" scheme targeting a Stubborn person, the tagets trait adds 10% succes chance to your scheme.

Steps to reproduce​

1. Start in 867 as a non-Stubborn ruler not speaking D'Oïl Vulgar
2. Do "Learn Language" interaction towards King Charles of West Frankia, check the tooltip for success chance.
3. Do "Learn Language" interaction towards King Louis of Italy, check the tooltip for success chance.
