I stupidly tried to take a port with too small a fleet so lost the whole thing. I then reloaded from the auto-save. Unfortunately for me the auto-save was after the fight, but worse, my five-ship fleet loaded with spices became 'stuck' and would not take any instructions to move.

I played the open beta and never saw this bug before. So first attempt with the game (patched to 1.1) and I have a game killing bug.

I also saved and reloaded, and also waited for the next year to click over, all to no avail.

I hope this is not an indication of things to come. . .
