Stuck in vassal county on Grand Tour

Description​

I'm about halfway through a Grand Taxation Tour and I end up trapped in one county. I stay there for about six months with an endless stream of events but never travel on to the next vassal on the tour route. After about six months the tour just 'ends' but without an actual resolution (no completion screen, no awards, etc etc), and my ruler just switches to traveling normally from that county back to their capital. I am using a number of mods but none of them change tour events as far as I know and I don't think any of them contributed to this.

Steps to reproduce​

I believe the problem is the vassal I was visiting changed their primary title/capital while the tour was ongoing. When I bring up the tour while 'stuck' only my ruler is shown, not the stop host & vassal that they were supposed to be doing. When I check on where that vassal is I find them ruling in a different county, which is not where I scheduled the tour stop. Using debug mode I went back to an autosave and tried taking the county of their new capital which forced them back to where I was, and did cause them to show up in the event window as stop host, but did not break the endless event loop and let me continue to the next vassal. Going back to the save this time I took the title of the county the stop was in, which triggered the "No one is home" event, and allowed me to finally escape the stop and continue with my tour.
