Stuck preparing for lieges tour after inheriting primary title

Description​

I landed my heir and added him as a tour stop, but war broke out and he took the field so the stop was skipped.
After succession I am unable to start any activity, the message reads "You are currently busy preparing for your lieges tour."

Steps to reproduce​

- make a tour adding your landed heirs castle as a tour stop
- provoke the stop to be skipped (draft him to take the field as you knight or commander)
- finish tour (this step is important if succession happens before the tour ends everything is fine)
- trigger succession
