Feast is stuck waiting on Activity Guests, even though everyone has arrived. Currently stuck on "1 day until it begins" bur does not proceed.

Steps to reproduce​

Step 1: Hold a feast
Step 2: Wait for the feast to start
Step 3: Oh god why isn't it starting
