Stuttering eu4 1.32

I have a lot of stuttering every time I play. I reinstalled the game and uninstall all mods and I can't still fix it. Pls help :c

My pc:
Ryzen 5 5600X
16GB RAM 3400mhz
Nvidia GTX 970 (Drivers 469.49 date: 10/26/2021)
SSD 500GB

Is this compared to 1.31.x ? Or 1.30.x or earlier?

Because 1.32 ought to be somewhat faster than 1.31.x but is probably still slower than 1.30.x (due to them adding too many new provinces in 1.31).

Compared to 1.30.
I never played 1.31 because of these issues, I thought It would be fixed for this update.

The performance issues in the 1.31 patches have been addressed in the 1.32 patches to some extent, but clearly there is more work needed!

Hope they will be able to fix it, I didn't play EU4 for so long
