Hello fellow mayors!
First question:
Is there any possibility for modders to add "style filters" in the district tool or could you devs even add it along the European cities DLC that will come at
some point? So I could for example allow only european style buildings to be built in spesific district and from there modders could add more "style filters" with their own building sets.
Second question:
I know I can make tons of different variations of ploppable buildings with the asset editor, but can I also use it to add more variety for zonable buildings?
Even few colour variations of the existing zonable buildings would go for great lenghts in adding more variety for the look of your city.
One thing that I enjoy more than anything else in city builders is to design different areas of my city with certain themes.
One area of low density zone might have wooden single family houses while other may have more modern looking houses and other maybe rowhouses etc.
Some pictures how I would like to zone areas:
But unfortunately at the moment the zoning will mix too different styles together to look eye pleasing for me:
