Submit to Suzerain Offer Bug

Description​

The opinion penalty for the Submit to Suzerain offer is bugged. The opinion values are inverse of what they should be. The opinion penalties are +25 for Rich Tribute and -25 for Meager Tribute in the screenshots provided

As any character, use the Submit to Suzerain interaction

This is working as intended, no? They are more likely to accept if you offer to pay them a rich tribute, and less likely to accept if you offer to pay them a meager tribute.
