This mod makes use of various unit packs and recombines parts of them to make sprites suitable for A GoT world.

The Riverman unit uses the old vanilla basic sprite; I wasn't sure if I should reuse a sprite or go for different but lower quality.

The dornish sprite is used for HI, Pikemen and hose archers. As HA are a special unit their sprite weighting is really high, so they would be the only thing you would see which I didn't feel was quite right.
Due to it having originally been a cavalry sprite, the Stormlander cape looks like it is stuck to something on the ground when it is walking away from you, however I felt this was a reasonable price to pay for such a cute sprite.
Sprite on the right is Valyrian.

Uses: Iberian, Italian (Contained in Horse Lords Content Pack), Norse, Byzantine, Persian, Saxon, Celtic, Russian, Military Orders and Warriors of Faith unit packs. Also Conclave Content Pack, Charlemagne, Legacy of Rome, The Old Gods, Sword of Islam and Rajas of India.

If you don't have all those dlc, but still want to use the others, go to the interface folder in this mod and delete all the files of cultures that use a dlc you don't have.

In fact, it doesn't make any sense. They used to use the original vanilla saxon sprites, which are quite neutral. Then the Saxon unit packs came out, but it doesn't make sense for them to use it, it just doesn't suit them. I suggest it to be changed to something resembling the Riverlanders.

My suggestions:

Crownlander = something knightly or random generic european medieval
Clawman = Saxon
Thenn = perhaps early eastern

Wow, that's amazing, the models look great for their respective regions. For more visibility I would advise you to also post on the official Game of Thrones mod forums: http://citadel.prophpbb.com/forum24.html

Who knows, they might even add it to the main mod.

Someone would have to write an installer like HIP's that checks if the dlc are present otherwise you will just get invisible sprites.

I thought the saxon heavy inf looked quite town watch/gold cloak like. Admittedly this isn't so good for troops raised outside kings landing, but your liege levies will have your culture sprite, not the provinces they were raised from's culture's sprite.
I'll have a look at them, at the least their circular shield can go

Yeah I have all the dlc, only mods that are active are agot and your unit pack

Not sure what to suggest then. I occasionally get ctd during load with GoT mod (both with and without this mod) but it loads up fine when I try immediately after.

I presume others have successfully loaded it? Anyone else fail to load it?

Hm.. that's interesting. when i was using them both my character appearances would all default back to white (at least the Martellls were white with blonde hair) and the units would be default aswell.
