Subscribed assets and .crp location

I am trying to find the location on my local computer for the .crp files that get downloaded from the workshop.

I thought I had backed up all of my shared assets but, I can only find about half of them. If I could find where the subscribed versions are I could at least copy them into a back up folder and re-gain what was lost.

Assets\Mods subscribed via workshop by default get saved to <SteamInstallationRoot> \steamapps\workshop\content\255710\<workshopID as foldername>

I have saved a shortcut with the "255710" folder on my desktop so whenever I need to search an asset I just open the shortcut and use the search bar to search for the STEAM ID (52219322) of the asset in question. That helps me locate them quickly on my local directories.
