Funny thing. I had the exact opposite occur. A female duke rebelled, died during the war. Her child inherits, and it seemed like I could punish him for the sins of his mother
Poor kid. Lets just say that I grew tired of his dynasty.
Hmm, I just tried this but I was not able to reproduce it. I made a vassal of mine revolt, killed him, besieged his heir and after a while I won the war. His heir was imprisoned (as a child) but I couldn't revoke any titles since he was apparently not classified as a traitor.
