Suddenly shuts down

I was playing germany. Suddenly my computer started to make noizes, screen went black and windows said "error". I re-installed, same thing happened, and apparantly on the same date. (i did use the same save file) I did do a windows security update...could that be it? (yeah, offcourse I could also start again, but I was planning on doing a serious campaign this time :( ) Ty PS: I've read the topic about posting your config, but since everything went fine before, I think(think!) it's not that neccesary.

If it is reproducable from the save then the save has become corrupt.
Send it in when you report it.
Please follow these instructions for reporting bugs.
