Like V2, CK2 etc it would be nice to move the screen by having the mouse at the side of the screen.

And I think it works only when mouse cursor is over the map screen. If some other layer is over the map and you mouse over, then it doesn't work. The delay is another point.
Yeah, it only works on map, thankfully. It's hard to get it right, since if it's too sensitive, you end up scrolling when you don't want to, which is driving me nuts. If it's not sensitive enough, well, you're not getting anywhere. This is at least the way we liked it.
