Example: There is a Longe road with an bus stop and an Metro stop. but there is no street crossing. the passanger cant go to the other side of the street.
I use a short street or pederestian way to build a crossing or a Bridge to get a Transitions for pedestrian.
My Suggestion: Crossings for pedestrians could be set separately to have to set without a crossroads
