I understand that this may be subjective in some cases, but I believe that in some cases there are quite glaring omissions.

Victarion Greyjoy

- should have slow trait (pretty much confirmed by GRRM himself). Possibly a better military education as this is one things he excels at.

Theon Greyjoy

-I'm not sure why's he's a skilled tactician, he was for the most part a glorified messanger. Compare that to Vic who was leading the Iron Fleet for decades.

Euron Greyjoy

- why a quick trait for Asha but not for him?

- Stannis, Blackfish, Catelyn Tully all should have stubborn trait.

- Catelyn Tully should have a diligent trait.

- Edmure Tully - content trait mayby? Would help with keeping him loyal to Robb.

- Small Paul (Night's Watch): Slow or imbecile trait. Shouldn't really have martial skill in double digit.

Tyrion Lannister: should have "Rude" trait.

Maester Aemon - currently have steward education for some reason. Should have the best Maester educatiom.

Grand Maester Pycelle - why did you made that buttlicking toady into a greatest thinker in all Westeros? He has ridiculous base learning skill that's not at all necessary with all his traits.

- Tormund Giantsbane is lacking his book personality. Should have gregarious, charitable and authoritative to make him something more than a sorry drunkard.

- Both Daenerys and Catelyn Tully have very low base stats, worse in fact that Viserys and Lysa (!)

- Green Grace is most likely The Harpy, or at the very least a member of the movement. In game she's a nice little old lady.

I agree with pretty much all the above, except Green Grace. I don't remember who she is.

Well how about Arya?
Shouldnt she be buffed too?
I mean she is really smart girl, actually being able to outsmart Jaqhen H´garr.
I dont think the faceless men invite every stupid little girl to join them.

Maybe also a way for her to turn up in Robb's court if he wins the war without besieging Harenhall.

299 scenario:

Chief Kyleg is somehow missing a wildling trait. Maybe I'm missing something in the books though. His culture does clairly say wildling.

Robert Baratheon is dead so it doesn't really matter, but he should really be charitable (quoted several times in the actual books). I'd also give him the trait in the previous scenario's.

And what's with Meera Reed being attractive? It's never really mentioned in the books afaik. Same thing with Dacey Mormont.

-------------------------------
I also agree with the opening post.

There's an event that fires a few days after startup that gives all people of the Wildling culture the Wildling trait.

Apparently, Dacey Mormont is referred to as "elegant in dress and dance, despite her long features", in Chapter 52 of Storm of Swords, while Meera Reed is considered attractive by Theon in Chapter 50 of A Clash of Kings, and Bran has a big crush on her. I'd link to the Wiki of Ice and Fire pages but I hear PI doesn't like external links...

I have most of the cards from the cardgame, featuring artwork (which I presume is at least semi-official), and Dacey does look quite attractive on it. Same for the Meera art. Maybe that decided it for the mod-maker.

Catelyn is also referred as being attractive by characters, but apparently not enough to get the trait. It seems kinda arbitrary. But then again, it's the same for the fighter traits. Does the Mountain get formidable fighter? The advantages he gets are due to other traits imo. People probably won't agree on those and you'd just have to make up your mind and pick one or the other.
