Summerhall

Could someone please tell me what conditions need to be met for Blackheart to become Summerhall and then become a Targ posession?

I don't believe there are any events leading to the Targaryens gaining direct control of Blackheart (via treason of the house holding it/the house dying out)

But, if you somehow gain control of the province directly, you are given a decision to build Summerhall.

Nope. If you want to build Summerhall as the Blackfyres you will need to mod the decision.

To do so, go to iron_throne_decisions.txt in the decisions folder.

Go to the "Build Summerhall" decision and under potential, change

dynasty = 496

to

OR = {
          dynasty = 496
           dynasty = 57
 }

That is what worked for me.
