Sun Worship Tenet only available to Zunists

Description​

Currently, the Sun Worship tenet is only available to faiths with the following trigger:

religion_tag = zunism_religion

However, this causes an issue with the Saurite faith, as when you try to form a new Hindu faith as a Saurite, you can no longer carry over your Sun Worship tenet.

My suggestion is to just make the Sun Worship tenet available to everyone, as it could apply to some existing faiths (such as the Zoroastrian faith Arewordik whose name literally means "children of the sun"), but to make it cheaper for pagans.

Steps to reproduce​

1. Try to make a new Hindu faith as a Saura while keeping the Sun Worship tenet

Alternatively

Go to common/religion/doctrines/00_core_tenets.txt to line 2322. The Sun Worship tenet there has "religion_tag = zunism_religion" as a requirement.
