The, until today when i got Plazas&Promenades, last DLC i had bought so far, and the one putting me off from buying further, is Sunset Harbor. Prior to that i had all except radio stations, and in the time leading up to its release i was one of multiple people giving ideas on what could be added to the game in a water focussed dlc. While our posts may have raised expectations inside this forum too high for what could reasonably be expected, reviews show that the DLC was rather underwhelming to the general population outside this forum as well.

One of the most requested features was more ferry types to allow islands to function independently.
Specifically, what would be needed are car, cargo and service ferries, and the corresponding harbours/docks, to allow all of those things flowing as smootly as pedestrians do with public transport.
In a way, this would not be too different from the service points in pedestrian neighbourhoods in Plazas&Promenades, except with firefighter ships working more like helicopters.

Likewise, the trolleybuses are rather disappointing in requiring their own, separate roads, when in real life they have the major advantage of being able to use any road with overhead wires.
This would be much better reflected in game if instead of having a separate road category you could add overhead wires to any existing road, as well as being able to use the wires of tram roads, and thus make trolleybuses as good a transport option as they really are. Having the ban on crossing tram and trolleybus roads as it works now is an especial slap in the face of someone wanting to use those together, and the opposite of how it should work.

Since the recent updates added content to older DLCs, which obviously adds appreciated value to them, please consider expanding this particularly weak more recent DLC, and fixing its biggest downsides. It would not only make this one worth its money, but also leave a better feeling towards the game in general and other additions one may not yet have

Um, you mentioned that trolley bus roads are just roads with overhead wires, which yea, that's what trolley bus roads are. I like your idea of adding trolley wires to any road, though, good idea. I'd like to have trucks which could operate on trolley wires
