Supplies and Oil...Mostly Oil

1.03 IC and AoD.

Playing the US vrs the whole world. Using the "freedom" cheat.

I invaded Portigul. I have about 12 armor 30 inf divs. Many of these also have tank brigades.

In Lisbon sits 9999 oil and the divisions that are in direct supply are recieving no oil. My stock pile of oil is over 300k. I have over 1500 transports.

Is this a bug?

I manually set other supply routes to the lesser ports I control. And that dont work either.

Also Germany doesnt attack France. Just keeps building units and stacking them up on the Magot Line. I saved and reloaded as Germany DOA USSR, becuase they didnt do that either. Now the USSR is eating up German controlled Poland and Germany is not sending anything to combat the invasion.

Regarding the supply problem w 1.03 i must confirm i ve had same problems once and again, usually it solves in some days.
There is another posibility, the "Blockade" port option. Check if you have it activated, i disabled. Not sure but seems a single ship can block a port.


I played 1.02 and problem was greater, all my italian army was unsupply, with not even a single enemy troop in malta.

For example, invade norway, more than 20k supply and oil, convoys enough. But... Until a few days pass, seems supply is there but they can not get it. Perhaps the new HQ chain (capitol, region...) makes some days delay all the chain.

It might be the blockade option but I dont think it is. My troops are mostly in supply just lacking oil.

Lisbon has 9999 oil just sitting there and armored units IN Lisbon are lacking oil. LOL. Its kinda frustraiting as ive been playing for many hours just taking the Americas.

As a side note, you'll be happy to know that even though Spain joined the Axis, Portigul joined the Allies. France because Germany is just sitting there has taken over all of Spain with Brits and Portiguls help. BUT Barcelona still stands and has been for 2 years. Haha.

Lol, seems nice but unfortunately, in the end barcelona keeps falling once and again. Perhaps you can really change history.
