I have written about this problem to the main forum and without some luck.
So, I play as Germany 39' and after taking Western Europe, i launched Barbarossa Operation at May 1940.
At July 41 I occupy all European USSR and the half of Asian Soviet land.
At May 41 I desided to Liberate Ukraine, Belarus and Baltic States as my puppets and with military access in their lands.
All go perfect till the time I log off the game and load the game again after the liberation of these states. From this time the provinces (and my army), eastern the ex-soviet republics, are supplies during each day, as long as, the oil deposits at Baku and Maikop can supply (and a transports from Garman Mainland).
Isn't this unfair? Is a bug? Why the problem starts only if i exit and reload? And ideas???
