Supporting a country's independence causes them to autojoin any Reduce Autonomy or Annex Subject plays

Description​

After entering a treaty with a country where you offer to Support their Independence from their overlord, if you then make a play against once of your own subjects to reduce autonomy or annex them, the countries you have Support Independence agreements with will automatically be on your side as soon as the Diplomatic Play begins.

Steps to reproduce​

Start a game as Great Britain. Before unpausing, propose a Support Independence treaty with Muhammara and/or DEI. Unpause and wait for them to accept the treaty. Once they do, start an Annex Country play against Cape Colony. The countries whose independence your support show up in the confirmation panel, and are on your side once the Diplomatic Play begins.

I have this issue too. Playing as EIC, got support independene from France, Russia, Austria. As soon as I start an "annex" subject play against one of my minors, or that India-specific wargoal, everyone starts moving armies across 2 continents to attack a tiny nation.
