3 main glitches killing the gameplay

Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
Mars quakes are locking in colonists around food resources. This glitch is causing colonists to starve as the drones are unable to access food. (Automated storage and farms)
Also during my mission to the asteroid and upon leaving, both my drones and my explorer would suddenly disappear without showing they were loaded on the rocket.
I had to repeatedly reload the game to try a have the rocket leave the asteroid and still had to sacrifice drones.
The overall asteroid mission is very glitchy
Plus the mars quakes are causing glitches around resources.
Third glitch below outlines 3-4 bar disasters not appearing even after 71 sols
Can you replicate the issue?
Glitch 1 ( asteroid and drones/rovers disappearing)
Yes, for the asteroid if I don't change how I play the game and the game is played the same way the glitch will occur.
Glitch 2 (Mars quakes affecting colonists and resources)
Every time it happens for the food resources/ mars quake glitches.
This glitch appears to be unavoidable in the current game.
Glitch 3 (3-4 bar disasters still not appearing after 71 sols)
(38N 130E) is the location I'm playing and I've yet to experience any cold waves, meteor showers of dust storms despite the rating on the map showing very high chance of this and I'm currently 71 sols in and I've not experienced any of these.
This is a huge flaw in the game as I've previously played this location before the update and purchasing below and beyond and always had to deal with the environmental disasters and sometime 2 disasters at once.
When will you fix these 3 glitches?
