Asteroid Lander wont launch from Mars with all correct requested payload on board

Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
No mods installed. I have both hotfixes for Below and Beyond. My game is a new game since installing Below & Beyond (and both hotfixes). I buy an asteroid lander from Mars and once it lands I go to planetary view and request the payload, which is the payload recommended plus I add the Micro-G Auto Extractor and 2 Large solar panels. The asteroid lander then starts loading and under "Status" the message reads "Loading requested resources". All requested payload is then loaded into the asteroid lander and once all payload is onboard the "Status" message still reads "Loading requested resources" although all resources have been loaded and the "Requested Payload" shows prefabs/drones are "Ready" and all payload and fuel are there. And that's where it stays, no launch although the actual games keeps playing but the asteroid lander does nothing, doesn't launch, just stays where it is and Status is still "Loading requested resources". I've waited days to see if it will launch, no luck.
Can you replicate the issue?
Yes, I've started several new games and every time I get to the stage where I buy an asteroid launcher the same thing happens as above when trying to launch. I only made it to an asteroid once (with only recommended payload - no solar panels and no MGA Extractor) but had terrible time trying to get back (made it but had to leave some crystals/resources behind. Then after that, I couldn't launch any asteroid landers from mars since, in that game or any other. So I deleted that game and started a new one ....... couldn't launch. Deleted that game and started a new one ....... same thing happened. Deleted that game and started a new one ....... same thing happened ........ you get the picture! I haven't even tried going below yet as I want to get the crystals for the underground! So basically the game is useless for me. Hope you can solve this issue as I really enjoy this game
