Description
B&B Asteroid related bugs
Windows
Epic Store
What is your game version?
Piazzi.1008107
What DLC do you have installed?
Space Race, Green Planet, Below and Beyond
Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
1.- Game crashes when changing from mars -> asteroid and viceversa
2.- Lost rovers: Rovers will stay out of range and unable to move or pinpoint location in mars.
3.- Asteroid born colonists can not be taken back to mars.
4.- Dissappearing resources in any asteroid.
Can you replicate the issue?
1.- Tested on 2 separate save files, the crash occurs when you land/deploy a rocket (before percentage begins), stop the timer and change views, game crashes 80% of the times. Once i got the rocket deploy from mars and land in mars inmediatly, colonists inside the rocket suffered from suffocation damage and those without survivor trait died; even with "breathable atmosphere" active.
2.- After the rover returns from an asteroid to mars, make a save file without moving the rovers inside the rocket, after loading the file rovers will stay unreachable. However there is a solution, before making the savefile just move the rover to any point in the map, you should notice the rover reappearing inside the rocket for a second time, this means the rover is safe.
2.1.- The rally point for the rovers spawning from the asteroid lander had this issue, i'll try to make a video.
3.- This occurs when someone in the asteroid gives birth to a child, since this little one has incorrect stats and doesn't have the "no specialization" job, this colonist can't board the rocket back home. If you have trouble with this bug, just turn on Micro-G Habitat birth control.
4.- When a deposit is depleted, use the "Refab" tech to convert the Mining stations/Micro-G extractor to a prefab or just destroy the building. If this destroyed/re-fab building had resouces with decimal values (0.1-0.9) this resouces are lost, but can still be seen as "available" inside the asteroid lander load view. Auto-load is not affected by this "ghost" resources.
