Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
Many buildings have a view of who works in them. When you hover over the icon of a person working in a different dome, a window appears. Usually the mood and so on are written there. However, it shows a blank window with no information just the name. Begins after looking at one colonist and moving the mouse to another. And this window gets stuck on top of the entire game and does not disappear even if you go to the main menu. If you leave the game completely and then start again, then the window disappears.

Can you replicate the issue?
This is an ongoing problem. It starts from about 30 sol and goes on to infinity. Different maps, different games, with mods, no mods. New game, old game. Generally, always. I even reinstalled the game, it's still the same.

Interesting one! Are there any mods involved here, especially graphics or UI related ones?

Plus, DXDIAG is a program you run from the Windows search box on the task bar. After running it will open a window and start collecting info with a progress bar in the lower-left corner. When it completes click the 'save all information' button and save it to a file then attach that file here.

Well I was able to duplicate that problem from that save file, on a Mac so it's nothing to do with your system.

Sadly I see some mods were in use so I can't report this to te developers. Do you get this on any unmodded colony you might have?
