Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
Camera will stutter/skip when rotating with the middle mouse button.
When using Q & E to rotate camera and there is no stutter, just when using the middle mouse button.
Windows 10, GTX 970
Video driver: 391.24
Can you replicate the issue?
Use the middle mouse button to rotate around fast and slow and stutter/skipping will happen.
