Cargo Rocket Stuck in "Take-Off in Progress"

Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
run a rocket on automated mode, worked for about 3 to 4 runs then just got stuck didn't take up, just stuck with 40/40 fuel, and 30/30 exports, i hit take off manually an it now displays Take-Off in progress but fails to take off, it has been stuck here for 40 sols now only thing i have noticed is drones still use it to recharge
Can you replicate the issue?
I have not tried a new play through yet but when i do i will test it, or if i get my hands on plenty of cash to buy more rockets
