Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
Sometimes when colonists get dropped off by a shuttle, they get dropped in a place where they can't enter the dome. I've only seen it happen with twin domes and the triboelectric scrubber oriented as seen in the screenshot (attached below). One of the legs is pointing to the dome entrance.
Can you replicate the issue?
Yes, build a twin dome and a scrubber in the orientation as seen in the screenshot and wait. It's only a matter of time before you get dead colonists that suffocated to death.
