Colonists outside dome without suits - after metal extractor salvage

Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
When the resource site for metal depot (it was not deep one) was depleated I have salvaged it. When countdown was finished and building was destroyed colonists walked out of it as If they were walking inside the dome. Not jumping as they usually do nor wearing suits.
I have provided save game. -> metal extractor bug.
Other details:
I have received pop up information that resource was depleted I have pressed it.
Then went to the extractor and salvaged it.
Probably on pause.
Then I moved to other matters when I was back I have noticed they are walking slowly towards dome like it was nothing.
Those were 3 geologists. On morning shift. One slot was empty. Extractor had high priority. There is meteor storm ongoing.
Can you replicate the issue?
Yes.
I have loaded previous save game (europe sol 85) and on fast speed drained it as fast as I could (night shifts, heavy workload etc.).
After it got depleted I instantly salvaged both extractors near medium dome called "Stevenson" Sector A2.
In my opinion it has to do something with the depleted resource depot. Since other factors were not present when I did it second time.
Also it does not affect rare metal extractors. Check it yourself -> "Rare metals.sav"
In my opinion it must be an issue exclusive to regular metal depots.
