Description
Concrete Deposits depleted prematurely

What is your game version?
227,923

Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
When a concrete deposit is only partially depleted, the Concrete Extractor building stops working, announcing a depleted deposit.
Dismantling and rebuilding the Extractor on a spot slightly offset works as a temporary workaround, but the Extractor will eventually stop again.
The Extractor is properly maintained, has power and no storage problems. It explicitly states depleted deposit as a reason.

Can you replicate the issue?
Build a Concrete Extractor over a Concrete Deposit, along with proper storage, power supply, waste facilities and available drones. Wait for an indefinite period of time.

This is intended, I think. They concrete deposits are distributed over a larger (yellowish) area. So when the deposit in the work area of the extractor is depleted, you need to move it.

This is indeed as intended, regardless of how bad of a design it is. You simply destroy and salvage the no more deposits and build another one to get at the other deposits. You'll normally get around 200~500 concrete per building depending on quality of deposit. In most cases you won't need to have more than 5 until very late game if you get every last bit of a deposit, even the lower yield ones have a 1k, which is enough to buildup a mid dome with everything inside.
