I already verified the files by steam, didnt resolve. I removed the DLCs, mods, saves and keeping having the same error.
Here's the crash file text:

FYI That error is normal for any crash, it tells us nothing about the cause. It just means the crash did not happen on a developer's machine where the map parse files are!

This crash is in your Intel video driver:
Module: igd10iumd64.dll
Your Intel 620 is somewhat more powerful than the minimum requirement, the HD4600, BUT lacks the inbuilt 1gb of video memory requirement. That said of course if it used to run it should still!

I see that driver dates from 2019 so you might check with your laptop vendor for an update. Failing that Intel themselves:

If that still doesn't help: does this only affect one colony you are currently playing? Or also any new one you m ight start as a test?

Hey Andrew, Thank u for ur help bro! In fact, i updated my drivers recently using Ccleaner, and ur text made me doubt his integrity so i simply reversed the driver version using windows tools and now the game work perfectly. Answering ur last question, bro i wasnt even able to reach the game menu to select one save haha. Anyway, for help anyone who got the same error in 620, the working driver is: Date: 27/11/20 Version: 27.20.100.9030

Ah! , yes ! , using third party 'smart tools' sometimes introduces all sort of problems.
If you like such tools then it a very good idea both to always make undo saves in tool and also always make mental notes of when you last used the tool for what so that you can maybe easier try and see if a 'revert' / undo will fix whatever problems that you have with your installation.
Finally , also , it's a very good idea to do progressive image based backups of working installations to go back to (including keeping some old backups) - always a very good idea but especially if you like to 'mess' a lot with your installations ! :D
But great that you managed to nail the problem at hand ! :)
