Crashes whenever trying to load saved games

Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
Whenever I try to load my saved games, including older games which worked before, and a new game which I had just made today, and had 14 Sols.
Disabled the mods, and it gave error it could not load the game. Was giving errors about not being able to load, and included other previously working saved games. I had stopped playing when the Below and Beyond was added, and blocked many of my mods from working. Only recently came back to the game, but seems that I can't play a game for more than a single session... which I very much don't like.
Re-enabled the mods, and it tries to load the game then the game totally crashes out to desktop.
I have tried updating my graphics driver today as well, to rule it out. I had also just rebooted for windows updates before doing the graphics driver, as well.
If it is one specific mod which is causing the game to crash, please let me know which it is, and will try with that one disabled.
Can you replicate the issue?
Attempt to load my game file with mods, and it crashes the game out to the desktop.
Attempt to load my game file with mods disabled, and it refuses to load the game at all.

- Corsair MP600 (PCIe v4 4x Mode)
- EVGA GeForce GTX 1080 FTW2 DT w/ iCX cooler
- EK-Quantum Momentum Monoblock
- EK-Quantum Kinetic TBE 200 D5 (running at 60% today)
- EK-CoolStream Classic PE 360 Rad (with 3 Lian Li AL120 Fans, running at 80%)
- System temp never went over 50C, even under load.
- Windows 10 Pro, 21H2.
- OS is up to day as of before I started this session
I have saw a suggestion to another to:
- change the max frame rate to 60 FPS. Changed it from 240 to 60. No change.
- make sure vsync was enabled. It was already enabled.
The bugs with it right now make it very much unusable for me.
