When sending expedition to (X marks the spot) nothing happens. They launch travel then return. No message no new tech.

Can you replicate the issue?
Reloaded game used a different rocket and same results.

Next new colony same effect. Cypher breakthrough unfinishable.
Travel to 'x marks the spot' location and no message and location removed.
Breakthrough tech quits at 15 techs ruining the long-term enjoyment with the colony .
