Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
I am playing as Astrogeologist with Blue Sun Corporation as the sponsor. I got about halfway through towards endgame in terms of tech researched. I had the research unlocked for Recon Center and I cannot find it on the build menu anywhere. I wasn't sure if it was an Underground-Only building such as the self-sufficient light so I went underground and checked build menu again and still nothing. So I wasn't able to progress any further in terms of asteroid mining, so I couldn't progress any further in the Below and Beyond content because I couldn't get anymore exotic minerals. Also, I have The Martian Express DLC installed which isn;t listed on the DLC list above.
Can you replicate the issue?
Not sure. I will try and start a new game with the same DLC installed playing as same commander profile and sponsor, and see if it repeats.
