Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
4 domes in a diamond shape, each connected with tunnels to the two domes next to them. Build a building in the middle with no access available through the dome doors, and the drones will attempt to get to the building to make it, but just go into the closest dome and turn around. Ramps were made, but no drones were allocated to build the ramps, therefore none of them could get to the required building.
