Drones not harvesting seeds or building elevators

Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
1. Drones don't automatically retrieve harvested seeds from farms. They remain in the farms' "outboxes" until the player manually commands the drones to harvest them. If they are left there, they are lost with the next harvest. This issue existed prior to the February 2022 patch and was unchanged by it.
2. Drones don't build elevators after gathering all of the materials. This makes Recon & Expansion unplayable. This issue did not exist prior to the February 2022 patch.
Can you replicate the issue?
Yes for both.
1. Build a farm. Plant seeds. Wait for the harvest. Drones always ignore the seeds. Wait for the next harvest. Seeds are gone.
2. Build an elevator. Wait for drones to gather materials. Once they are gathered, the drones do not automatically construct the elevator, and there is no way to manually command them to do it.
