Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
The hint saying, that i should build a universal depot is showing up every time. i have already built 5 of them and a specialiced depot for every resource. If i click the "x" nothing happens.
Can you replicate the issue?
not sure if its is replicated but it happens every time i load the game
