Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
if a temporary depot contain less than 1 unit it can't be emptied by drones, I see this bug inside I don't know if it exist outside too

I'm getting the same problem. If a food depot has less than 1.0 food in it, drones don't take it and people don't eat it, and airplanes won't shuttle hub it. Instead, they all just huddle around the depot in a massive cloud of people and drones and shuttles.
