Hi there,

I have Surviving Mars on my XBOX one, over the last few days the game has crashed before I can click on 'start new game'.

I uninstalled the game plus the DLC packs but still having the same issues. I decided to uninstall all the DLC packs but keep the main base-game on the hard drive, and the issue was resolved.

However, when I try to add one DLC at a time, the game still crashes with no fix for it.

I have also tried to install the game on an external and the internal hard drives but still, have the same issue.

I am running the game on version 234.608 update.

I hope you can help with my issue.

Can you replicate the issue?

I have an xbox one x and i am having the exact same issue. I resolved it the same way you did, uninstalled all add-ons. hoping fo a fix soon?

I also have an xbox one x. One day, I tried to load my game, but it crashed every time. Ii couldn't start a new game, or even see the list of challenges. Each time it crashed. I reinstalled the entire game twice with no change. The next time I didn't install the add-on, and everything worked. (Except I couldn't load my old saves)

The update solved this problem for me, only to have a UI issue make the game unplayable past ten Sols.

Hotfix is live and available for the missing selection focus in the messages.
