hi. my game freeze all the time. sometimes at startup. sometimes at new game. sometimes after 1 hour. but today i cant even play 10 minutes without freeze.... i have all newest drivers for my hardware. and i have reinstalled game and deleted "temp" folder. i run with amd ryzen 5 gf-gtf 1060 3gb and 16gb memory. i use 60fps/hz.. there is NO error .. it just freeze .. then i force shut and restart game. i cant even start a new game...... i have played over 200 hours. but not for about 6 months now.. have had a brake.. now it wont even start anymore. have tried all tricks and read many forum.. help ??

got it to work for 22 sol's now. then it froze again.. without any reason or error.. just complete frozen. alt+tab works. etc.. but game froze.

Please attach here the latest (ONLY!) game log file, from here:
C:\Users\{Username}\AppData\Roaming\Surviving Mars\logs\
To see the AppData folder you'll need to enable View Hidden Items in File Explorer.

Plus, DXDIAG is a program you run from the Windows search box on the task bar. After running it will open a window and start collecting info with a progress bar in the lower-left corner. When it completes click the 'save all information' button and save it to a file then attach that file here.

Hi. thanks. files attached. it's so strange. now i got it to work for about 2 hours. have no clue what's going on. all other games are fine.

Some of those logs, the larger ones, seem fine. In the others the game-load process stops at the sound device, which is:

Unusual to have just one sound device, could it be you have others where you've uninstalled the driver? Has anything changed in the audio area since the game last worked reliably for you?

hi. well actualy i have gotten a new JBL Usb gaming headsett.. hmm. did not even consider that it might be an issues. maybe i need some drivers for that?

Yo Andrew! thank you mate for helping me out.. the problem was with the usb gaming headsett.
