Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
Game launches in wrong display. Unable to make it appear or stay in main monitor when full screen. Making windowed mode allows to drag the window to main monitor, reverts back if window is maximized. NO mods, no dlc, first and fresh install.

Can you replicate the issue?
To replicate, launch the game in a system with multiple monitors.

As best I can see there is no way to change this behaviour in this game - there's no monitor choice in any of the menus.

Most likely it simply defaults to the first display device as seen in dxdiag.txt .

Whether external utilities like GeForce Experience to Catalyst can affect that choice, I'm not sure - I don't have a multiple monitor setup to test that in, I am sorry!

Thank you, so, how do I solve this? None of my games works like this. I need solutions from Paradox for a product I purchased.

Did you try the utilities I mentioned? Or there might be others out there, I don't know. If that''s unacceptable to you, please seek a refund for the game from where you bought it (assuming you've just got it).

I don't have any other suggestions I'm afraid. Note that Paradox did not write this game, just published it!

And, while nothing official has been announced, the fact there have been no updates or patches for ~2 years may indicate there will never be any more.
