Surviving Mars game not playable

hello, the robots don't do anything, neither maintenance nor delivery, they just stand in one place.
There is a mod, but it doesn't affect it, I checked. This happened several times, I always started over, but there is no point in playing as long as this problem persists
if I selected any building, it says that it is not selected

And gone blue highligts around building drone or any thing.

I tried to figure out what the problem could be and I looked at the save and saw that the game time is -150:39, could this be the problem? I really don't know, I'm just thinking
