Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
I play with connected JBL flip 6 bluetooth speaker, two times I noticed that when the speaker turns off due to low battery, the game freezes and doesn't respond. Both times I had to kill the game process from Windows task bar. Game doesn't react if to connect the speaker back or change the sound device to another one. I also noticed that the game won't change the sound device if it's already launched, in other words windows switch to the connected sound device, but the game still uses the old one, so you need to relaunch the game for it to use the new sound device. I have no mods and no DLCs installed, only the core game, from Steam.

Can you replicate the issue?
1. Launch the game with bluetooth speaker; 2. Turn off bluetooth speaker; 3. Game freezes and not respond.

I recall previous similar reports here, with say a change of sound device while in the game.

I'm afraid such issues are unlikely to be addressed in the near future - there's been no patch for this game since the middle of last year.
