Is there any timetable for when to expect said patch? The recent update seems to have messed with a bunch of stuff, and I really wanna get back to playing ASAP.

As always with console patches we are at the mercy of Sony and Microsoft, who insist on vetting patches before release. So we can rarely predict dates I'm afraid. Hopefully this week or next!
