Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
I just bought the In-Dome Buildings Pack today on Steam, and none of the new buildings are showing up in the build menu.

Can you replicate the issue?
Yes, I tried disabling and re-enabling the DLC, and starting a new game just in case. The buildings are still missing.

If you right click on this game in your Steam Library and go to Manage My DLCs, is this DLC listed there as enabled and installed?

If so it really should be in the game. Here is what it comes with:

When you go to start a new colony, are those new logos Colonization Effort and Red Target available to choose? Are the the Security and Medical posts there?

If you go to an established colony and go into the build menu - spires, is the School spire there?

I've attached some screenshots, but to answer your questions:

Yes, the DLC is installed and enabled.

The new logos are there, but the Security Post and Medical Post are not. The School Spire is also missing.

I also somehow found myself in the Key Bindings options, and saw the School Spire there.

Did you find a solution to this, Jake? I am having the same problem. I've tried disabling and re-enabling the DLC with no luck. My next step is to copy my save files to a safe location and then reinstall the game.

Edit: A full uninstall/reinstall did not correct the issue. =/

It seems they've fixed it in today's patch:

"DLC buildings will be accessible on a new game after loading an old save."

Interesting; thanks. I just did a re-install and the save doesn't have the new buildings, but I will poke around a bit and see if the patch actually hit yet.

Update: I can see the new buildings in a brand new game, but I cannot see them when loading an old save.

I have the problem as well. I am not certain if i started the game before i got the DLC, but the situation now is that i bought a school spire and imported it from earth, but i cannot place it in my dome because it is not in my build menu.

I also dont have the other buildings from the DLC in the build menu.
