Issues with migration.

Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
Colonist pathfinding when moving from dome to dome isn't working as well as it could be. I have one small group of domes set up, with another more isolated and newly established dome further away. The small group of domes has a nursery dome for children, a retirement dome for seniors and a education dome for youths with no specialisation, as well as one large 'work' dome where the factories and so on are.

The 'work' dome is full, with no free housing or jobs available, while the second, newer 'work' dome has both.

The issue is that colonists leaving the education dome will ignore the far away dome with jobs and housing available to pile into the nearby dome they can walk to that has neither! I have plenty of free shuttles, indeed, I ruined a save by building eight extra hubs to see if it would correct the issue, and it did not.

Can you replicate the issue?
Build three domes. Two next to each other, and one a distance away. Colonists that fill one dome or need to leave due to dome settings will always move to the nearest dome, even if they will be homeless/jobless and there are shuttles free to move them to the far distant dome instead.
