Keyboard doesn't work at all

Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
The keyboard mostly just dosn't work at all. ;_; I'm left with mouse-only control, which can be awkward.

Sometimes tabbing between the game and back fixes it, but other times it just won't work no matter what I do. (I think sometimes a game restart changes between the two 'modes' of failure.) I'm playing in windowed mode on macOS.

Can you replicate the issue?

Think I got it – it appears to be that when tabbing between windows, the Command key can sometimes be read as stuck down. This causes keys to not respond correctly (since they read as Cmd+whatever). Just tapping Command is enough for the game to unregister it as pressed.
