Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
Landscaping , Change Surface, such as for covering up rocket burn marks with sand. Still doesn't work after the installation of Above and Beyond. Losing functions with a new DLC is like an editor introducing errors into text. Disappointing even more so that this still isn't fixed. Your company was in error to release it, which hurts you more than me.
Can you replicate the issue?
Yes. I started a new game without any mods and tried it and it still doesn't work.
