Surviving Mars Launch Issue from steam

Hi peeps. So today i started steam and thought let’s play some surviving mars. It updated as i was playing after a long time. Once it had updated, i tried to launch it from steam but it failed to do so. For a second my laptop’s screen opened a white window and then nothing.

I have all the dlcs and the latest update running on the game.

As for my laptop the specs are -

GPU - AMD Radeon R7 M440
CPU - Intel i7-7500u @2.7 ghz
RAM - 16 Gigs

Pretty decent laptop runs civ 6 and other strategy games easily...

Can someone tell me what might be causing this issue?

Please attach here the latest (ONLY!) game log file, from here:
C:\Users\{Username}\AppData\Roaming\Surviving Mars\logs\
To see the AppData folder you'll need to enable View Hidden Items in File Explorer.

Plus, DXDIAG is a program you run from a command prompt or the Windows start menu 'run' dialog box (or 'search programs' in Windows 7 or later). After running it will open a window and start collecting info with a progress bar in the lower-left corner. When it completes click the 'save all information' button and save it to a file then attach that file here.
